No Call / N0 Shows & Cancellations: A 24hour cancellation notice is required. No Call / No Shows, and cancellations are subject to a $25.00 FEE PER DOG. You have the option to reserve another appointment by credit card for a full groom and the no- show fee will be applied.

Grooming Agreement Current Vaccinations/Veterinarian Information: By signing this contract, owners verify their dog(s) is current on Rabies and all vaccinations are up to date. 

Aggressive or Dangerous Dogs: Owners must inform R&R Dog Services if your dog bites, has bitten, or is aggressive to people, other dogs or specific grooming procedures. Muzzles may be used if necessary, to protect your dog, groomer, staff and patrons. In the case your dog should bite, the owner agrees to be responsible for any and all related medical bills, recovery costs, loss of income and equipment damage. This applies to the injuries that your dog causes to groomer, staff, or Patrons. 

Veterinarian Authorization: If R&R Dog Services feel as though there is an incident that requires medical attention for your dog and the owner is not on-site, R&R Dog Services will seek immediate veterinary care for your pet. This release form gives R&R Dog Services permission to seek medical attention from the nearest licensed veterinarian in the case of any medical emergency while your dog is being serviced by R&R Dog Services. Any and all costs associated with a Veterinarian visit will be the responsibility of the dog owner and R&R Dog Services will not be held liable for any damages. 

Ticks/Fleas: If your dog has ticks or fleas R&R Dog Service will provide treatment at an additional cost added to the cost of your services. If you do not want them to receive treatment you have the option to reschedule and provide your dog treatment on your own. Parasites are a health hazard to your dog as well as humans and we require for treatment to be provided before you reschedule your appointment. 

Accidents: When handling dogs there's a chance that an accident could occur, although this is rare there is a risk involved. R&R Dog Services uses extreme caution and care in all situations. With the sharp equipment that is being used by the groomer to perform services an accident can occur including ( but not limited to) nicks, cuts, scratches, or quicking of nail etc. This usually happens when your dog is moving around or wiggling. Your dogs safety is our #1 priority and we make every effort to ensure that your dog is groomer and handled as safely as possible. In the case that an accident occurs you will be notified immediately. R&R Dog Services commits to exercise all safety precautions while caring for you Dog. In the case that an injury or illness occurs R&R Dog Service will not be held liable for such injury or illness. 

Matted Coats: R&R Dog Services will not cause undue stress on the dog by de matting excessively matted coats and may require for your dog to be shaved. (Shave - Downs) may cause skin irritation, sunburn, cutting of mole or skin tag, chance of improper coat growth. Heavily matting can trap moisture near your dog’s skin, which may cause bacteria or fungus to grow, skin irritation that exist prior to the grooming process. The after effects of the mat removal process can include skin redness, itchy skin, self-inflicted irritations or abrasions and the failure to regrow hair. In some cases, pets may exhibit brief behavioral changes. R&R Dog Services 1st priority is your dog's well-being and will not continually de mat your dog for you. 

Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of pick up or drop off of your dog. You agree that R&R Dog Services may auto - charge your method of payment upon completion of grooming services or any other services rendered. By completing this form, you authorize this contract to be approval for future grooming services and allows R&R Dog Services to accept future reservations via telephone, walk in’s, web and mobile reservations, and or email without additional signed contracts or written authorization. This form will automatically apply to any and all acquired pets by the above pet owner. Checks that are returned are subject to a 35.00 returned check fee, and all future appointments will be required to be paid by cash or credit prior to the start of your Dog's appointment. 

Late Pick Ups: A fee in the amount of 30.00 will be added as a service charge for all dogs that are not picked up by close of business.
